Did you trigger the qualifying deposit AND select the offer?
Most missing-spins cases trace to one of three causes:
- Promo code not entered at the deposit step. Open Wallet → Promotions, see if "Activate" appears.
- Deposit below the minimum threshold (e.g. ₱500). Top up the difference and the spins auto-issue.
